RECOVERY OF OUR WASTE
The fresher you cook, the more peelings, citrus peels, etc. And the more the result on the plate is tasty!
This is why we work with the company Greenwishes which collects and recycles our bio-waste in the form of compost and natural fertilizer.
OUR PACKAGINGS MADE OF CANE PULP & CORN STARCH
For our take-away sale, La Verrière chose compostable and recyclable packaging, based on cane pulp, wood and corn starch.
