The frequency of hand washing has been doubled.
 
All our employees are equipped with a mask and trained (Daily Briefing, e-learning).
 
The frequency of cleaning our kitchen utensils and surfaces has been further increased.
 
Each week, the Mérieux Nutriscience laboratory carries out health checks on our cuisine.
 
We use disinfectants certified virucidal & bactericidal, of standards EN14476.

 



 

IN THE DINING ROOM

 

Hydro-alcoholic gel is offered to you on your arrival, and as many times as you wish.
 
Our room has been fully disinfected, and the contact surfaces are cleaned several times a day.

The arrangement of the tables is adapted to better accommodate you and respect the distancing.
 
The card is dematerialized and accessible via a QR Code.
 
Contactless payment is preferred.
