We are two passionate professionals from the world of gastronomy.

After several years spent working in establishments where hospitality and sharing are essential values, we felt the desire to write our own story and create a place in our image — warm, bright, and genuine.

And so, La Verrière was born: a lively space, open to its neighborhood, where every hour of the day is an opportunity to share a moment of pleasure, flavor, and connection.

RECOVERY OF OUR WASTE

 

The fresher you cook, the more peelings, citrus peels, etc. And the more the result on the plate is tasty!

This is why we work with the company Greenwishes which collects and recycles our bio-waste in the form of compost and natural fertilizer.

For our take-away sale, La Verrière chose compostable and recyclable packaging, based on cane pulp, wood and corn starch.
